Support for international input languages (e.g. chinese) - leezu - 18th December 2016

To enable input of e.g. chinese characters on linux usually (afaik) fcitx is used. Unfortunately the version in the repo was not built against the QT version included in Neon/Maui.
Neon seems to make no progress towards rebuilding fcitx against the QT version in the repos, so, if feasible, it would be nice if Maui could include a rebuilt.

If the rebuild lands in neon we will probably ship it then in the near future in our backports repository and later on also for the next big Maui release.
