Can anyone tell me if Wacom tablets will work under Maui yet? I tried to use an earlier version of Maui but my Wacom wouldn't work properly so I had to switch to something else. I'm hoping that has been fixed by now?

You can try out 17.03 as live stick and see if your wacom tablet is supported. There is currently no kde control module for it available though.
