Formatting is a little bit horrible.
Please use quote or code tags for non self written text (like the error output here).
This benefits us reading it and also helps yourself not getting a higher spamlevel so that the antispambot will not kick/ban you.

As for the error itself. The chrome and talkplugin dl.google.com addresses don't seem to work for me too. THe other ones are working just fine.
How about waiting for a couple of minutes and try running sudo apt-get update again. I hope its only a temporary issue on your side.

I ended up reinstalling maui 2 from disc. I believe dist-upgrading from cli apt broke a /etc/resolvconf file.
