Since a few days, when click in desktop, add new graphic element, click in Download new graphics elements from Plasma, not show any element, appears error in red (4).

You mean you cannot download widgets anymore ?
This might be a server problem. I heard about problems on the IRC aswell.

Yes, since a few days ago, I cannot download widgets from this option.

It works for me; i just tried it again right this moment.

Ups, in my pc not works, not load for download...

Ahhhhhhhh, i am sorry, i made a mistake in my understanding of what you were trying to do. I wrongly thought you were trying to add a desktop widget, which does work fine for me:

However now i realise that you were wanting alternative wallpapers, so i tested that... & for me, like you, it is currently broken:
[attachment=1256]
