where do i find the very useful quickaccess-widget for the panel on the desktop?

Sorry about that.
It looks like plasma-widget-quickaccess is no longer available.
The last package release was for Ubuntu vivid (15.04) from universe:

I think this functionality is now built-in the folderview plugin. So if you drag the destined folder to the panel and add it as folderview it should provide the same functionality.
