FireFUX keeps Crashing on me! - PinStripe - 1st December 2016
All I was doing is watching videos on YouTube and nothing else running on my system. FireFUX keeps crashing and then when the crash reporter comes up, I leave a message and click on restart firefox and BAM! Instant crash once again.
I wonder if OS X is any better? Cause I am close to going and buying a MacBook.
I can't even get FireFUX to run on my 2.1 desktop anymore.

So it only crashes on youtube videos for you ?
Do you have any extensions installed that might be the cause of it ? (Try deactivating one by one and see if it fixes your problem)
Finally you can check if firefox uses hardware acceleration. Just take a look at

I don't know... I use YT a lot. But yes, so far, it crashes while I'm using YT.
I only have 4 extensions. AdBlockerPlus, Image Zoom, Memory Restart and
YouTube MP3 Podcaster. I see nothing about hardware acceleration or webGL
under about:support.
