It's the same. If you look in the comment field in Update manager below, you will see it says that there are 3 packages contained in that snapd update

Hi Rocky, thanks. Oh curses, yes of course [slaps forehead]. I actually worked this out for myself months ago, but had cleverly forgotten it til right now. Sigh. ;-)
