How enable 'Recently Accessed' in Dolphin Panel?
From Neon, I miss that feature.

By the way, any reason why it's disabled in Maui?

It needs Balloo to index everything, which Maui has disabled default for various reasons.
Simply enable it in the System Settings.

Where can I enabled it in from System Settings?

Any disadvantage of enabling? Cause I prefers stability over feature after all.

In systemsettings -> plasma services you should be able to enable it.
You can also configure it in Systemsettings -> Search.

Disadvantage could be first long time to index files depending on how many files you have (like a large collection of music or picture files)
