Plasma 5.9.5 - smoreau - 26th May 2017
I am checking plasma 5.9.5 on a laptop. I am using your testing repos. All seems oK for the moment. kde-l10n-fr was uninstalled, but all kde french translations are OK !!
If i reach any problem i will mention it.

Yeah most of the translations for kde applications (at least all the newer kf5 based ones) landed in the packages itself. So kde-l10n-fr is only necessary for the old kde4libs applications. Though by default we don't ship any and they are going to dissappear with one of the next big releases of kde applications
