smoreau, could you please write what you did, exactly? Did you do a clean installation of Neon 5.13.2?

I have also lost transparency for all menus and pop-ups, as well as konsole + yakuake. Widgets and moving windows are still transparent. This happened after an upgrade to Mesa 18.0.5, and the lates...
