Fixed, I updated the libxkbcommon0 library. For any strange reason the system doesn't updated correctly. Thank you leszek.

The reinstallation of default-systemsettings-settings dont fixed it. :(

After upgrade The about system function was not found in the system setting menu. How I can recover it? What I need to reinstall? I tried to reinstall systemsettings and not worked. Thank you!
