I am looking for a graphic network traffic monitor that shows me the bandwidth for up/download per application so that I can see which application causes the consumed bandwidth. Would be nice, if there would be a plasma widget for it!?

Thank you very much for any hint!
There is a global network monitor that shows you a nice graph per device.
I never saw a plasma widget showing this per application though.
Could you please let me know the link of the global network monitor?

Thank you very much in advance!
It comes preinstalled as it is part of plasma-workspace
That is fine! Where to find it and how to use it?
Its in the add widget menu. So right click on the desktop and click on add widget.
I am sorry... now I know what you mean. Of course I know this widget! I was referring to any application that would allow me to monitor the network traffic by application / process so that I can figure out which application / process is contributing how much to my overall network traffic.

I hope you have a hint for me for this, too. Any user friendly app is ok for me, hopefully GUI, but not a must.

This is also valid for apps.
Maybe this link has some value? My technical / console knowledge is too limited to understand, if this would help me:

Interface listeners basically but application that lists per app network usage.
