how do I install Google Chrome? I did not find it in the Package Manager
Thanks
For Google Chrome, you will need to go here:
https://www.google.com/chrome/
Alternatively, you could download the open version called Chromium, using the Package Manager.

OK. So this is a normal download and installation and not from the Package Manager or the terminal.
Thank you very much

Google Chrome is a proprietary product by Google. It is based on the free and open source software Chromium.
Chromium can be found in the repositories. Google Chrome not.
Installing the Google Chrome deb file will automatically activate the Google package repository which will keep you up to date with new Chrome versions.
