You can reset the plasma shell configuration by removing the ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc file. Make a backup beforhand just in case.

It is available for every launcher I know of. Though some might have turned it off in their configurations by default.

So nothing improved? That would mean your menu file is also broken. Should be fixed by removing it. Though I wonder how you managed to break it in the first place.

It did not improve a thing? Whatever this home/pfiff/.config/menus/applications-merged/xdg-desktop-menu-dummy.menu file is it might be the cause of this issue. Try removing it.

If you don't see a list of any apps at all in any launcher it seems like the menu cache is broken. You can fix it by running kbuildsycoca5 --noincremental
