System tray popup alignment

I've attached two screenshots that show the issue. One screenshot shows that the alignment and whitespace for the contents of the popup looks quite nice in Netrunner 17. I can't tell if it's broken for just me or if this is the new design, but it doesn't look very polished regardless.

EDIT: Sorry for the rapid-fire bug reports - I'm a software developer so it's just a habit to make reports as soon as I see a bug.
EDIT2: To clarify further, this occurs for many of the popups, including: battery, bluetooth, networks, KDE connect, clipboard, etc

That seems to have changed upstream in Plasma, so its a topic related to the VDG and themeing.
