Icon effect

Sorry if this thread are in not good location, but I don't know where post and explain my doubt

For example, in opensuse and linux mint 18 kde, when you click some icon of application, or open application, during short time, the cursor appears with the icon image of application "throwing" in the mouse cursor.
(Sorry if I not explained very well).
I search for config this, for me, I like very much this effect, b ut I can't configured this in my new Maui.

You mean the jumping application launcher icon at the mouse cursor ? It is called bouncing cursor and is hidden by default in the systemsettings -> other -> launch feedback on Maui.
