Can you also check if your user on Maui is in the bluetooth group ? (Aswell check on Debian please)

I deleted theĀ  partition to recover space, but I did not have any particular firmware installed, only the default installation (Deepin 15.03).
Init system systemd, Kernel 4.4.0-2, as a derivative of Debian Sid (unstable), using GNU bash 4.3.42, GNU libc 2.22, and GNU coreutils 8.25.
