Hello,

last week I made all updates on my lenovo thinkpad with maui. Since yesterday this thinkpad is booting first with the blue maui-screen and turning then in black forever ....

What to do?

Ciao and thanks in advance!

Dieter

Can you get to a tty konsole ? (Ctrl+Alt+F1 - F6)
If yes please login and show us the boot logs
Code:
sudo journalctl -xb
Also prepare the Xorg.0.log just in case. You can find it at /var/log/Xorg.0.log
The logs for sddm might be also handy. They should be in the same directory so /var/log/

I had the same problem, you shoul uninstall the package libepoxy0/xenial-updates 1.3.1-1ubuntu0.16.04.1 amd64 [actualizable desde: 1.3.1-1]
I was about to post in order to ask how ca I report that bug.
