Time Icon...stranges at times

Like view, the time dissapears son "numbers", in some times, chagen panel height and solved for sime time, and after x time, appears again.
And, this solution, not like to me, I like my height in my panel.

Can you reproduce the issue with desktop effects disabled? (hit ctrl+shift+F12)

It is irregular, I can not reproduce it, sometimes 2 weeks pass and everything goes well, and other times, in 2 days, this problem happens with the clock icon

Could be a graphical glitch in the driver. That's why if it appears the next time. Try disabling effects and see if it fixes the issue.

Which graphics driver do you use?

It happens, very occasionally, when it happens again, I'll prove what you're saying, but I think maybe it happens more at certain panel heights, I'm not sure.
