How to add the "on all desktops" button to the titlebar?

No matter what I do (clicking, dragging etc.), I can't add it.

Yeah it works though the target field you have to drag it is pretty small. But it should work try a few pixels right to the menu button. So right after the mouse cursor changes from a hand to a normal cursor one. That should work then hopefully.
Though I only think it works on certain window decorations not all.
