Never noticed that. Sounds like an issue with plasma desktop then.
Usually it should appear at the bottom right all the time.

Can you try changing the configuration for notifications so that you set the custom position to be bottom right and see if it fixes it.

Yes, its strange becuuse, the notifications of KDE Connect all appears at the bottom right, some notifications of Chromium (only some, not all) appears or in bottom right or up left...

I go to try changing the configuration notifications for custom position and try.

Regards.

Chromium uses its own notification system isn't it?

Hello.
Sorry for delay in reply, but  I wait to reply for my fresh install.

Well, some days ago, I made a fresh install in my tower, t his problem, continue.

The notification box, in some times, appears in left side, like this 2 examples:

It turns out this is a known issue see this bug report here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=377970 (In the comments it is mentioned that it appears also on X11)

You can try still changing the position by left clicking the little arrow up icon in the panel right clicking notifications and then notification settings. Maybe this works better for you.
