Long double click to move windows

Hi All,

On one of my Maui machines I cannot move windows by using long double click on them. I tried as much as I could, but I cannot find where this setting is. Could someone please point me in the right direction, where I can find this? I know that there is Alt+click and I've found that one, but this setting is not in that config applet.

Heh I already went through all Other settings But either I'm blind or it is not there

Is that the same as tap-and-drag? It's under input devices / touchpad, if so.

Unfortunately it's not it. I have that enabled...
