Do you have any third party repos turned on. This looks all wrong from here.
Would be interesting to know why it wants to remove so many packages
Can you execute sudo apt-get upgrade -o Debug:: pkgProblemResolver=true in a terminal and post the output according to our forum rules (use code or quote tags)

Indeed I have couple of them turned on. Executing the above gives the following output:
