How can I fix the About system not found?

After upgrade The about system function was not found in the system setting menu.
How I can recover it?
What I need to reinstall?



I tried to reinstall systemsettings and not worked.

Try re-installing default-systemsettings-settings from the ds9-maui sources.

Which version do you try to install. The one provided in the backports is the one depending on libkwinglutils10 which should not throw this error.
So version 0+p9+git20170201.0509-0 is what you need.
If it isn't that version please make sure you have maui-xenial-backports repo activated.

the maui-xenial-backports is active, I think I have some troubles with the kwin_x11

Yeah see the other kwin_x11 related thread. I think you have some general repository issues or broken packages (perhaps the upgrade failed)
