How to reset KDE Plasma and desktop to Maui 17.03 default?

How can I reset my desktop and Plasma setting to the default that comes with Maui 17.03?

Easiest would be to create a new user.
Otherwise it's a bit tricky as Plasma stores it's configuration together with other applications in ~/.config aswell as some special configurations in ~/.local/share/plasma-workspace

Well… the new user will not have the same application settings as my old user. That's the whole point. Plus the hassle of moving all the files… In that case, I could re-install the whole OS again.
