Korganizer(Solved)

I want to have Korganizer sync my gmail accounts, and when i start it from cli i get this message.
"The Akonadi personal information management service is not operational"

I'm not sure how to rectify this.

You need to activate the Akonadi services from systemsettings -> plasma services and relogin for activating it.
