[Solved]Display scaled up, how to normalise?

My display is scaled up automatically, though it shows 1.0 at settings>Display>scale. No option to scale down below 1.
 Created new user for which it is ok.
How to resume it for main user?

Sorry, I forgot this is week end and should not expect early reply.
So I recovered from clonezilla backup.
Now no trouble.
