Hi all,

I'm faithfully installing updates and distribution upgrades as they arrive but notice my OS version, as reported by Kinfocenter remains at version 1. Is this normal?

Hi TomFo. As per the link chatan provided, you can edit that file  /etc/xdg/kcm-about-extendrc in a way that makes sense to you re explanatory description. FYI i've just posted a new pic in that link showing my current disposition. Good luck.
