[solved] installation on virtualbox, python alert

Dear all,

I tried to install Maui 2.
At the end of install process, on virtualbox, I have an error alert "Boost error. Python for the job "packages". See the picture attached.

It's work very fine usually, with maui 1, netrunner, kde neon...

Seems like the language Pack Installation failed. Did you have a working Internet connection in the live mode?

P.S. Maui 2 should still work after a reboot but might miss all the French localization. (e.g that packages listed in the error message like kde-l10n-fr and so on)

No, I don't think they are installed:

Ah that 404 looks like being the issue during installation. Though this is very strange. It should run an apt-get update so that they can be installed.

I observed excatly the same problem. At the end of the installation process (after bootloader) :

Erreur Boot.Python pour le job "Packages".
The internet connexion was active.
But the installation was effective, i can boot on Maui 2
apt-get update lead to the update of some gnome packages.
You have to install all languages pack (kde,gnome, libreoffice,...) to recover a full sytem.

I hope this can help to optimize the Calamares installer.
