What version of ubuntu are Maui 17.03?

I made this doubt because, I have a PPA for Audacity:

In the last month, my maui not update Audacity and view in the ppa that, have updates.
For this reasson, I don't know if the problem is in my maui or in ppa.
And I don't remember the "version" of we Maui

Maui is based on Neon which is based on Ubuntu 16.04
