It had very useful options in order to control fully the boot in a multiboot system.
Is there any hope to see something similar in the future ?
Is it a EFI install ?
If not you could use grub-customizer.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:danielrichter2007/grub-customizer
Some instructions.... http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/43471/how...d=noscript
Have never tried "efibootmgr" but maybe you would like to do some googling on it...(UEFI)
I have 5 o/s on my computer and use a legacy boot for all obviously. the only hang up is I have to run grub-customizer after a new kernel install..
Thank you very much Mr Pliny. It is not an EFI install and your information is very interesting !
