I guess lsb_release -a shows the correct version number. I guess the "Maui 2" in the kcm comes from our maui-settings-kcm package which we did not update as it has a placeholder for the Build Version (which usually gets overwritten by our iso build scripts with the date of when the ISO was build).
So what you can do is manually tweak the config file to Maui 2 if you wish by editing with root rights /etc/xdg/kcm-about-extendrc
We could update that package but that would give you a prompt for file overwriting and it will not store the build version.
