Akonadi will not start therefore Kmail wont' work [SOLVED]

Someone will let you know if this OK.
Took a look at my kubuntu and in ~/.config/akonadi/akonadiserverrc it reads StartServer=true You can changing that if it reads false reboot then akonadictl start |
