Plasma consumes 35% of cpu while idle!

Do you have any widgets on the desktop besides the default configuration ?
Does this 35% CPU usage stay even after a restart of plasmashell ? (e.g. ALT+F2 kquitapp plasmashell && kstart plasmashell)
