SOLVED !! Sometimes the PC can't shut off !

When I had reported this issue I could not shut down my PC normally at a frequency of one in two-three times approximately.
Sometimes I could , sometimes I could not.
These last ten days I can do the job fine every day and every time, without any exception so far!!
It seems that this problem has been solved...
