Not that I know. But you can copy /usr/share/kde4/apps/solid/actions/vlc-opencda.desktop to /usr/share/solid/actions/ if you want vlc to be shown in the device manager on inserting an audio cd.
After that you should be able to set it as default in systemsetting so that it automounts as soon as audiocds are inserted.
