[Solved] - Integrated MoB sound vs Nvidia card sound?

good thing with the new applet is one can see at one glance if everything is cranked up real loud or what might me still down.
this isnt doable so quickly with the standard applet, where main-volume and app-volume sliders are seperated into two sections.

Yes i agree, & this is one of my reasons for liking Maui 17.03 over 2.1.

I have now bought some new speakers online, so i hope that next week when they arrive, i will once more have good sound volume... & thus can continue with the Nvidia card out of the Tower as per my other thread.

New speakers delivered & now setup. Sound quality & volume = excellent. My earlier anxiety about capability of integrated sound is now emphatically negated (i feel a bit silly, but i really did not understand]. Thanks to my kind helpers here. I've now marked this thread Solved.
