Trash icon after restart of suspend

Hi.
I have in my desktop the icon of trash, when my computer suspend, when restart this icon appears with "freeze" (I don't know how indicate).

When deleted some file or folder, and change trash, then, appears fine.

A graphics issue as it seems. Moving this widget or resizing should fix it. Should be obsolete when you add a link to trash directly on the folderview desktop containment.

Sorry for "re open" this thread, but the problems is the same but more big.
The other day, I suspend my computer by menu, when restart, this is the result:


(The middle box is to cover my daughter's face)

Like is appreciate, the bottom panel is not possible view, and this, is very strange, the right icon trash, the "sub icons" are Start Menu,Yakukake and Minimize windows.

When I resize this icon, any change.

As for the problem itself. Disabling effects with Alt+Shift+F12 should help I hope.

Re open this ticket because, I dont disable efects with Alt+Shift+F12, because during this time, I made other tests because I have other problems...
After suspend tower a some times (I dont know but about 5-10 times) at restart always, not clear image.

Well, yesterday, I disconect my external graphic card, and now, I use the onboard graphic card.
Until this moment (only one day) this problems are dissapear...

I continue testing...
