I see you've created a post in KDE Neon forums.. Neon doesn't really work that way, devs don't go much to the forums. If there is an issue, you should create a bug at bugs.kde.org and assign it to the neon section. I also didn't know this, created an issue via the forums, but ended up resolving it myself and got 0 replies. Then another member explained that for Neon issues, bugs should be created, while forums are only for discussion..
