I do recognise that i'm flogging a dead, or at least otherwise motivated horse with the following, but anyway... both openSUSE & Manjaro have excellent fora [very vigorous, very helpful, very skilful members], & from personal experience, both distros are solid, with excellent P5 deployments. ...is not untrue. I'd be lying if i tried to spin it that oS & Manjaro have been "set & forget" for me; on the contrary i have definitely needed to be pretty energetically hands-on involved with them.
